# Letter Template

The **Letter Template** category enables users to manage predefined letter templates that can be used for various purposes within the organization.

**Interface Overview:**

* **Navigation Path:** Displays "Home • Letter • Template" to guide users.
* **Search Bar:** Allows users to search for specific templates by title.

**Table of Templates:**

* A list of available letter templates is displayed, including:

1. **Title:** The name of each template (e.g., Welcome Letter, Offer Letter).
2. **Action:** Options to manage or edit the templates.

When there are no templates, the table will show **"No data available in table."**

**Adding a New Template:**

* The **"Add Template"** button opens a form for creating new templates, which includes:

1. **Title:** A mandatory field for naming the template.
2. **Description:** A field for providing additional details about the template.
3. **Available Variables:** A list of dynamic variables that can be utilized in the template, similar to those in the Generate section.
