Employee Salary
The Employee Salary module is designed for managing individual employee salary details and configuring salary settings within the system. When users enter this module, they have an overview of employees, their respective roles, and options to manage their salaries.
Designation and Department Filters: Users can filter the list of employees by selecting specific designations and departments, making it easier to locate relevant employees.
Search Bar: A search function allows users to quickly find specific employees by typing their names.
Employee List: A table displays the names of employees along with the following fields:
Employee Salary Cycle: This field indicates the frequency of the salary cycle, such as monthly, and can be adjusted.
Salary Group: Users can assign employees to different salary groups.
Allow Payroll Generate: A toggle that allows users to enable or disable automatic payroll generation for each employee.
Net Salary (Monthly): The field to input and display the net monthly salary for each employee.
Action Column: Each row has an "Add Salary" button that opens a form for inputting or editing an employee's salary details.
Export Function: An "Export" button allows users to download the data for further analysis or record-keeping.
